Even if you are struck by lightning and injured, you made choices that led you to that spot at a particular time – and you get to choose how you feel about it afterwards." - Kevin Hart

The first part is titled "The Fuck Yes Moment"

This is the chapter where Kevin goes back to his childhood years. He described his mom as the person with a significant influence on who he has become today. These work ethics comprise of striving to be the very best in everything you do, and it also involves working on your mental stability and mindset. Life is composed of a series of questions and decisions. Hence having a strong work ethic combined with your decision-making mindset will improve your health and happiness instantly.

Kevin had a strong belief that being successful is easier than staying successful. Kevin graded his success on being a result of his hard work and talent. But not only getting success is important, but you should also have the work ethic and the mindset to maintain your success. You need to train your mind and know who you really are to be able to control your mindset.
